HOW IT WORKS:

​

Host Homes:

• Register to be a host home on the website above by scrolling all the way down and filling out the contact form. Please make note of the ADDRESS in the MESSAGE FIELD and then hit send inquiry.

• A map with host home locations will be distributed the day of the event and online.

• You must register by Thursday, April 28th to be included on the Map.

• The event will be marketed via direct mail, social media & newspaper advertisements

• Signage will be provided to all host homes

• This is a FREE event provided by the Minetti Dennis Group as a service to Ramsey

 

Rules For Host Homes:

• No placing items too close to corners to obstruct the view of motorists

• No placing garage sale signs on borough or utility poles

 

Shoppers:

• There will be an online map indicating locations of host homes. In addition, copies of the maps will be available in front of the post office.

 

Rules for Shoppers:

• Follow all standard and daily posted borough parking laws; parking on one side of street only where indicated and in general do not drive/park dangerously

• Be respectful of sale hours and personal property
